Bernard Birnbaum, a Pittsford native, has written his first children's book, The Last Space Caterpillar. This book is about Nova, a space caterpillar who is on a journey to find his friends and family. During his exciting adventure, Nova discovers his purpose in the universe and learns to deal with life's obstacles with confidence. The Book targets an age range of 4 to 6 years old.
